A young woman remembers when she used to kiss her ex-boyfriend, lick his lips then take it between her teeth and teased it before kissing him passionately.

A young woman implies that she dressed up for her ex-boyfriend as a sexy vampire.

In a drawing class, models pose nude to be sketched.  One young woman has a hard time when sketching the attractive young male models because while sketching his penis, she needs to look up and often finds him staring at her.  A new model showed up, stood in front of the class, looked straight at this young woman and dropped his robe. He was in numerous positions, the last being suggestive with bedroom eyes and his knees apart.  With a magic necklace, the young woman wishes his crotch to itch and he has a hard time discreetly scratching.

A boyfriend undresses his girlfriend only to find a knife in her boot.  

A young woman is mad at her ex-boyfriend because she foolishly gave him her virginity. She wanted to be like the older, more experienced women. She told a friend and his advice was not to put anything non-essential into her body.  Including penises. He told her to wait for love.

The naked body of a man is laid out.

A young woman is stuck out in the winter rain in a thin white camisole and it becomes see-through.

A father has multiple children with multiple different concubines.  

A boyfriend repeatedly kisses his girlfriend’s neck in front of her friend.  He also kisses her. At one point he dips her then kisses her.

Upon seeing her friend’s date, a young woman says, “Must. Mate. Immediately.” and continues talking about how it would be good for the human race to get his genes into the population and has her friend started working on that yet?  She also wants to know if he can be a nude model for their art class.

Sex is implied between a man and his girlfriend. No details.  

A kiss is shared between a man and a young woman.  Then she put her hands on his chest and he put his hands in her hair.  She kissed his jaw and neck then took his shirt off. She pulled him down onto her and they were moving together but he pulled away and they stopped.  She noticed her dress up by her thighs.

A woman knows she is the first choice for a man’s next wife.  She imagines if he chooses her she won’t go home that night because she will sleep with him instead.  She refers to virginity as “pure” and wonders what it will be like.

A man and young woman kiss.  Sex is later implied when they “lay entwined atop their clothes” but no details are given.  He then kissed her neck and sex is implied again, but once again there are no details. Their goodbye is full of many kisses. But they meet many more times to make love and spend time together.

Violence, Weapons, Crime, Blood

A young woman plays a part in haunted ghost tours.  They are at sites of supposed murders, so “ghosts” can pop out and scare them.  She help hold a bloody head while the tourists shrieked.

There is a building where, during the Nazi invasion (they are in Prague), two Czech nationalists slit the throat of a Gestapo commander and used his blood to write liberty.

A friend suggests to another friend that she should taze her ex if he didn’t leave her alone.

There is a drawing of a monster with large, bare womanly breasts in a sketchbook.  Another sketch of a monster has the story of buying teeth from murderers. One story tells of a poacher trying to steal from him and he gets strangled by his own snake collar.  This sketchbook is believed to be from a young woman’s imagination but it is actually from a dual life she leads. Throughout the entire book there are animals, serpents, rodents etc that have multiple different body parts from different animals.  

A young woman is highly trained in martial arts but was shot once.  She carries a knife with her at all times and buys crescent-moon blades.

An angel-like creature, when seen by humans, looks to be carrying swords on his back.

A sword is thrown at a young woman. It cuts her shoulder and later, her arm.  She is hit multiple times and only has a small piece of wood to defend herself.  She felt her piece of wood go in his flesh.

A once-angel creature with torn off wings, broken legs and bloated head makes an appearance.

A seemingly unconscious man wakes abruptly and grabs a young woman by the throat, lifting her off her feet, slamming her down, straddling her and pinning her.  He grabs her again, and throws her on the table. She screams and he slaps her. He wants to tear her throat with his teeth but he is stopped. The woman is pretty beat up after a few different fights and another man grabs her her injured arms in anger and takes her away and throws her in a room yelling.  He injures her some but it is not a fight like the others, it is out of worry for her and anger at disobeying.

An angel takes a man and his creature far into the sky then leaves them hanging on a high building to scare them into giving him answers.  In response, the old man throws himself off the building.

A small chimaera creature dies in a young woman’s arms while it’s on fire.  

A man is cleaning a shotgun.  A young woman asks him questions and he dives for another gun hidden in his couch.  She takes his head and smacks it against the wall. He shoots the gun at her but she grabs his wrist and beard and is able to avoid it.  She then throws him to the ground. She breaks his forearms with her knee and take the gun away from him, pointing it in his eye socket.

A young woman pounces on a man following her and holds a knife to his throat.  She uses magic and pulses a burning fire through him causing him to scream intensely.  

A young child is taken from his mother to become a soldier.

A story is told about about an uprising, massacres, cities lost and burned, sieges where children starved to death, mass graves and beast armies.

A soldier has the marks of his kills on his hands.  

A young woman uses her magic to burn a man, to throw his body and wear him down.  She then uses this same magic on other people to fight them also. Swords were drawn and an intense fight ensued.

A man wakes on a battlefield bleeding profusely with corpses lying all around him.  He had killed a beast by twisting his blade in it’s body, thrusting deeper and twisting again all while it screamed.

The first day of a war brought a city to it’s knees.  The magi lay dead, and their apprentices also. Any angels that had not escaped were sacrificed.  So many so, that their blood “rolled down the temple steps like monsoon rains and drowned small creatures in the street.”

A man is taken prisoner and tortured intermittently so his lover can hear his screams. He had been found at their love nest and beaten, his blood running into the stream while the soldiers dragged him away.  He is then kept in a room shackled to a wall.

Potentially Intense Themes

A cafe boasts a history of statues with WW1 masks, coffins as coffee tables, stories of poisoned monks, and possible poisoned monks skulls.

Humans earn wishes by hunting, grave robbing, murder.  There was also some “self- mutilation involving pliers and a deep commitment.”  Payment was with teeth. A lot of the customers carry pliers in their pockets so they are able to extract teeth from the dead and the living whenever given the chance.  

A young woman is often tasked with selling or buying things on the black market such as African ivory tusks.  Another place she often goes is Saigon where the animal market is where dogs, cats, bats, bears etc are sold as food, not pets.

A young woman remembers when she got shot, she was retrieving human teeth, the girls were alive, bloody mouths, “other fates awaiting them next.”  Implying sex trafficking.

A young chimaera woman was executed for who she loved.  Her lover screamed. She was beheaded in front of her lover.
